Ganpat University Incubation Centre organized a Women Entrepreneurs Meet 2022 : Come & Meet the Changemakers on 24th March 2022, Thursday at Ganpat University, supported by SSIP.

Our Honorable President of Ganpat University Dr Ganpatbhai Patel graced the session by being present with us in virtual mode from California, USA. 

He even mentioned that a free fund of Rs. 5 Cr, will be made available for any woman entrepreneur to work on innovative ideas.

Other dignitaries were our Pro-Chancellor Dr Mahendra Sharma, ProVC and Executive Registrar Dr Amit Patel, Dean Student Startup & Incubation Centre Dr Saurabh Dave, who initiated the session.

Dr Saurabh Dave, Mr. Akshay Patel, Ms Sumedha Manda, Mr Vimalkumar Paradava, the team at Ganpat University Incubation Centre, together have made the Women Entrepreneurs Meet 2022, a successful one.

The session saw various speakers from different area of expertise, 

  1. Ms. Reshma Reshmi – Head of Sales and Business Development at EmpFly Services Pvt Ltd
  2. Ms. Pooja Khemka – CEO & Co-Founder, trackNOW Pvt. Ltd.
  3. Ms. Priyanshi Patel – Founder and Managing Director of Olixir Gourmet Oils & Founder of Karma Foundation
  4. Ms. Krishna Tamalia Vora – Founder & Director Mom’s Therapy
  5. Ms. Riddhika Bhandari – Founder Upraant Foundation

Ms. Reshma Reshmi, joined us virtually where she spoke on Marketing Principles and how and what she did to establish new products in the market and also to place an innovative product that the customers are unaware of but they do require it in their daily lives.

Ms. Pooja Khemka, a mother turned entrepreneur, shared the pain point she identified and a practical solution that is helping more than 150,000 customers to be at peace, while their kids are traveling.

Ms. Priyanshi Patel, a Computer Science graduate, who took up her family business shared her journey how she made it big and how important it is to give back to the community, she shared that there are four important points that everyone needs to succeed in life, are by focusing on Personal Development, Family Support, Professional Ability and Giving back to their community.

It is worthwhile to note that Ganpat University Incubation Centre is promoting startup Innovation and entrepreneurship in the state and the country by offering the benefits of MSME, Industry Commissionerate startup and innovation policy, Student Startup and Innovation Policy and Startup India Policy. Recently the Government of India, Ministry of Education has given the band “Excellent” to Ganpat University for promoting innovation among the Institution.

Ms. Krishna Tamalia Vora, a criminal lawyer by profession, told the audience about how she came up with Mom’s Therapy, her baby project which was to provide solutions to her problems, which in return is helping many like her. Her inspirational words about how she broke the societal thought process, which was “how a woman can do business”, persuaded the audience.

Ms. Riddhika Bhandari, a social entrepreneur, shared the problems faced by the ragpicking women, who keep our societies, localities and nation clean and felt they shall have a better living, made her do what she is doing today.

The Women Entrepreneurs Meet 2022 was a full day event which saw a participation of more than 400+ students who belonged to different faculties of Ganpat University. Their enthusiasm and keen interest made the session triumphant.
